Alliance Factory had strong coaching and real results, but growth depended almost entirely on word of mouth. Our goal wasn’t to redesign a gym — it was to install a structure that could consistently attract and convert the right people into members.

The Situation

Alliance Factory already had what many gyms spend years trying to build — a committed member base and a real coaching environment. The challenge wasn’t quality. The challenge was communication.

Prospects didn’t clearly understand who the gym was built to serve or whether they would fit in.

  • show the real training experience

  • guide prospects toward a simple first step

  • install follow-up systems that didn’t rely on memory or manual effort

Defined the ideal member profile and clarified the gym’s promise: coaching, accountability, and community — not a traditional fitness facility.

Content & Production

Captured real training sessions, coaching interactions, and member progress to show prospects exactly what joining feels like before they ever walk in.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Launched targeted local campaigns that connected messaging to a clear call-to-action instead of generic fitness advertising.

Systems & Follow-Up

Implemented landing pages and automated communication so new inquiries consistently turned into scheduled consultations.
